Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing production

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, allocate manpower, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production plan and allocate manpower.
Monitor in-process work, material issuance, and RM cutting plan.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase & Stores.
Maintain daily production reports & shift consumption reports.
Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and adherence to work instructions.
Conduct on-job training and skill upgrading for workers.




Ensure equipment is maintained for optimal production.
Monitor parameters, review reports, and take corrective actions.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
