QC Executive – Cosmetics Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a QC Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the Pharma or Cosmetics industry to handle raw material, in-process, packaging, and finished product quality testing.

Key Responsibilities
Test and inspect incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.
Inspect packaging materials such as bottles, tubes, jars, labels, and cartons.
Perform in-process quality checks including pH, viscosity, color, odor, appearance, weight, and homogeneity.
Conduct testing of finished cosmetic products and ensure they meet quality standards.
Handle sampling, testing records, COAs, and laboratory documentation.
Support microbiological and stability testing activities.
Identify and report OOS, deviations, and quality issues.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Follow GMP, GLP, SOPs,



and Positive Documentation Practices.
Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams.
Support audits, investigations, CAPA, and product trials.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharma or Cosmetics manufacturing.
Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and formulations.
Basic knowledge of pH, viscosity, density, moisture, and other QC tests.
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, OOS, Deviation, and CAPA.
Positive documentation and laboratory skills.
Robust attention to detail and analytical ability.

Candidates with relevant experience in Cosmetics or Pharma QC are preferred.
