We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager to manage the sourcing and procurement of e-waste and related materials for our recycling operations.

The role will be responsible for developing a reliable supplier network, sourcing e-waste at competitive prices, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring material quality, and maintaining a consistent supply of recyclable materials. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of procurement, vendor management, commodity pricing, and preferably experience in e-waste, scrap, recycling, electronics, or waste management.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing e-waste and recyclable electronic materials.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers, aggregators, collection partners, institutions, corporates, and other material sources.
Build and maintain a solid supplier network to ensure consistent availability of e-waste.




Source materials such as IT equipment, computers, laptops, mobile phones, consumer electronics, electrical equipment, PCBs, cables, metals, and other recyclable materials.
Negotiate purchase prices, contracts, payment terms, logistics costs, and other commercial conditions.
Track market prices and trends for e-waste, ferrous/non-ferrous metals, plastics, PCBs, and other recovered materials.
Develop pricing models and procurement plans based on market conditions and expected recovery values.
Conduct supplier due diligence and assess vendors based on pricing, quality, reliability, compliance, and delivery performance.
Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for incoming e-waste.
