Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Develop baseline programs, resource-loaded schedules, and recovery plans.
Track project progress against planned milestones and identify schedule variances.
Coordinate with Construction, Design, Procurement, Contracts, and MEP teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Management Progress Reports.
Monitor project critical paths and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct delay analysis and prepare catch-up plans.
Track procurement schedules and monitor long lead items.
Review contractors' work plans and progress reports.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.




Participate in project review meetings and present planning dashboards/MIS reports.
Support project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project milestones.
