Role & responsibilities
Business Development: Establishing and nurturing relationships with upcountry general practitioners and community clinics to build a reliable referral pipeline.
Patient Liaison & Logistics: Acting as a dedicated single point of contact for remote patients. You will manage their appointment scheduling, telemedicine pre-consultations, and transit coordination to the main facility.
Community Engagement: Planning, organizing, and executing regional free medical camps, screening drives, and local health awareness workshops.
Market Intelligence: Tracking and reporting local competitor initiatives, tracking regional healthcare gaps, and observing regional disease patterns to guide primary hospital outreach strategies.
