Key Responsibilities

Project Planning
Develop detailed baseline schedules for Substation and Transmission Line projects using planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Prepare Level 3 / Level 4 schedules including engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules where required.

Schedule Monitoring & Control
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
Update project schedules and generate progress reports and dashboards.
Identify schedule variances and propose corrective actions or recovery plans.

Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, procurement, and subcontractors for activity planning.
Participate in project review meetings and present schedule status.
Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Reporting
Prepare Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
Track milestones, critical path activities, and delays.
Prepare S-curves, look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week), and productivity analysis.

Project Documentation
Maintain planning documentation including baseline schedules,



revisions, delay registers, and progress records.
Assist in EOT (Extension of Time) claims and delay analysis.

Risk & Delay Analysis
Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
Monitor interface issues between Substation and Transmission Line works.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Solid knowledge of project scheduling and project controls
Understanding of power transmission and substation construction activities
Positive analytical and reporting skills
Solid coordination and communication skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills
Experience in 220kV / 400kV Substation and Transmission Line projects
Knowledge of EPC contract management
Familiarity with delay analysis techniques (EOT, claim support)
