Handle complete procurement process for scaffolding, formwork and construction materials.
Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors for scaffolding materials.
Source materials at competitive prices while maintaining required quality standards.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms with vendors.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Coordinate with the Project, Store, Sales and Accounts teams to understand material requirements.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to sites, warehouses and branches.
Check vendor quotations and compare price, quality and delivery timelines before finalizing suppliers.
Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices and vendor details.




Monitor pending orders and follow up with vendors for on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Conduct regular market research to identify recent suppliers and better pricing opportunities.
Ensure procured materials meet the company's quality and technical requirements.
Control procurement costs and identify prospects for cost saving.
Coordinate with the Store team for material receipt, quantity verification and quality inspection.
