We are looking for a Supervisor – Gear Cutting to manage daily production activities, manpower and machine operations in the Gear Cutting Department.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily gear cutting production and manpower.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Handle and monitor gear cutting machines and operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets and work instructions.
Monitor machine settings, tooling and cutting parameters.
Check gear dimensions and coordinate with the Quality Department.
Monitor rejection, rework and productivity.




Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and problems.
Allocate manpower and manage shift activities.
Maintain production and shift reports.
Ensure proper use of PPE and follow safety procedures.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the department.
Ensure proper handling of tools, gauges and measuring instruments.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of gear cutting processes and machines.
Knowledge of gear manufacturing and inspection.
Valuable manpower handling and leadership skills.
Ability to understand drawings and process specifications.
Knowledge of 5S, safety and quality procedures.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
