Position: Attending Consultant – Orthopaedics

Department: Orthopaedics

Location: Hospital

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with orthopaedic conditions.
Conduct OPD consultations and manage inpatient cases.
Perform and assist in orthopaedic procedures and surgeries as per expertise.
Manage trauma and emergency orthopaedic cases effectively.
Develop appropriate treatment plans and ensure continuity of patient care.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including patient records and discharge summaries.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care.




Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Support departmental growth through patient care, referrals, and qualified collaboration.

Eligibility
Qualification: MBBS with MS/DNB/Diploma in Orthopaedics from a recognised institution.
Experience: Relevant experience in Orthopaedics, preferably in a hospital setting.
Valid medical registration with the respective medical council.
