Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Observing and learning from superiors
Observe pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Prepare equipment and materials required for production
Understand the production equipment, such as vessels and filtration systems, and monitor production processes to ensure that they operate effectively and efficiently
Ensure proper documentation of all processes, including batch records, logbooks, updating records and other documentation required
Conduct in-process quality control checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
Perform routine calibration and maintenance on production equipment




Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve production processes and product quality
Help in preparation of production documents like SOPs, PV.APQR ,MFR etc.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Excellent time management skills.
