Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and post-operative recovery needs.
Deliver specialized nursing care, including wound management and surgical site monitoring.
Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments with precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
Continuously monitor vital signs and identify early indicators of complications or health deterioration.
Implement stringent infection prevention and control measures to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients and their families on recovery plans, medication management, and health maintenance.
Assist with rehabilitation activities and promote independence in daily living tasks.
Maintain accurate, timely,



and confidential clinical documentation of patient care and progress.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, dignity, and a high standard of service in the home setting.
