Immediate Hiring for Pega Developer - KYC & CS Experience

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using Pega Platform.
Work extensively on KYC, Customer Onboarding, Client Lifecycle Management, and Customer Service
Develop Pega case types, workflows, business rules, UI components, data models, and integrations.
Configure Pega Customer Service (CS)capabilities and customer-facing workflows.
Implement KYC processes including customer identification, verification, due diligence, risk assessment, and remediation workflows.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsand other integration technologies.
Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams,



and other stakeholders.
Follow Pega best practices and ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience in Pega Development.
KYC experience is mandatory.
Pega Customer Service (CS) experience is mandatory.
Experience with Pega Case Management, Workflow, Rules, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and UI development.
Solid understanding of Pega integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP services.
Experience in application development and implementation using Pega Platform.
Valuable understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
