New RM Stores is hiring a Purchase Executive to handle procurement for our Retail, Wholesale & HoReCa business.

Responsibilities:
Source and manage grocery/FMCG suppliers.
Negotiate the best rates, terms and delivery schedules.
Place Purchase Orders based on sales, stock levels & reorder requirements.
Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
Maintain POs, Vendor Master, Item Master & pricing in Zoho/ERP.
Maintain vendor rate comparisons and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate stock receipt, quality/quantity verification and vendor payments.
Source recent products and handle shortages, returns and quality issues.
Submit regular purchase reports to management.

Requirements
Graduate (Commerce preferred).
2–5 years Purchase/Procurement experience.
Grocery/FMCG/Retail/Wholesale/HoReCa experience preferred.
Robust negotiation, vendor management & Excel skills.
ERP/Zoho knowledge preferred.
Malayalam & English required.
Knowledge of Kozhikode/Kerala suppliers is an advantage.
Willing to travel for vendor/market visits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
