Roles and Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and readiness for delivery.
Define product requirements and translate them into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work in an Agile/Scrum delivery model to drive execution, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
Leverage data analytics to support product decisions, measure impact, and refine roadmap priorities.

Skills Required:
6 - 9 years of experience in product management/product ownership, preferably in banking domain
Solid experience in Agile / Scrum
Hands-on experience managing Product Backlogs




Experience creating PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
Strong Data Analytics and analytical skills
Experience using data to support product decisions
Solid Stakeholder Management skills
Experience working with business and technology teams
Positive understanding of product roadmap and prioritization
Experience in product delivery and continuous improvement

Good to Have
Banking / Financial Services domain experience
Knowledge of Reporting and Business Intelligence
Experience with Jira / Agile tools
Knowledge of product performance metrics and dashboards

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience)
