Lead the complete R&D; and Product Development function.
Develop recent products and improve existing testing instruments and equipment.
Drive product innovation, design improvement, cost reduction and performance enhancement.
Lead mechanical, electrical/electronic and instrumentation aspects of product development.
Develop and validate prototypes, testing procedures and technical specifications.
Ensure products meet applicable national and international testing standards.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, Service and Purchase teams.
