We're hiring Pre-Sales Executives to handle inbound buyer enquiries across our real estate micromarkets. If you're a confident communicator who can quickly build rapport over the phone and loves the energy of a target-driven sales floor, this role is for you.

What you'll do:
Call every new inbound buyer lead promptly and understand their budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline
Qualify genuine buyers and schedule them for site visits
Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM
Follow up diligently on leads that need a callback, instead of letting them go cold
Hit weekly visit-scheduling targets as part of a supportive team

What we're looking for:




Excellent spoken English and Hindi (additional regional language a plus)
Robust communication skills and a confident phone presence
0–3 years experience (freshers with the right attitude welcome)
Comfortable with CRM tools and disciplined about daily reporting
Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train you
