Role Description This is a full time, in office Project Manager – PEB role based in Chennai.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of pre-engineered building projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete PEB and structural steel projects from kickoff to handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
Review engineering drawings and resolve execution issues.
Track procurement and material availability.
Ensure timely project completion within budget.
Prepare progress reports and attend client review meetings.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in PEB or structural steel projects.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
