Manage procurement, subcontracting operations, and stores management to ensure uninterrupted production and timely material availability.
Coordinate with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Generate monthly operational and inventory reports for management review and performance analysis.
Maintain accurate stores transactions and inventory records in the ERP system.
Monitor and controlled raw material, consumables, and customer-supplied inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.
Prepare and submitted stock declarations and inventory reports as required.
Manage cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling inventory, ensuring optimum stock levels and timely replenishment.
Processing customer billing, invoices, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
Handle customer portal operations, including order updates, invoice uploads, dispatch documentation, and compliance with customer-specific requirements.




Ensure effective inventory control through periodic stock verification, reconciliation, and implementation of corrective actions.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time customer deliveries.

Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Management.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to solve problems quickly and make effective decisions.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Pay: ₹20,868.56 - ₹30,136.70 per month
