Akal Kids Preschool – Mullanpur

Akal Kids Preschool is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, creative, and responsible Pre-Primary Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for working with young children and creating a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities for Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG.
Use play-based, activity-based and child-centred teaching methods.
Conduct activities involving storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, games and basic concepts.
Encourage children’s social, emotional, language, creative and cognitive development.
Maintain a safe, clean and positive classroom environment.
Observe children’s learning and development and provide appropriate support.
Communicate professionally with parents regarding children’s progress and activities.
Maintain classroom materials, displays and daily activity records.
Participate in school events,



celebrations and special activities.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Requirements
Minimum Graduate; NTT, ETT, ECCE, Montessori or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior preschool/primary teaching experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring and friendly attitude towards young children.
Creative approach to teaching and classroom activities.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
