Job Summary

Kelevo Software Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive qualified B2B lead generation and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns and a robust analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Generate qualified B2B leads for IT services and Zoho solutions.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, ROAS, CPL, and conversions.
Manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM parameters.
Create remarketing audiences and improve landing page performance through A/B testing.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.





Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, CRO, remarketing, and SEO fundamentals.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
