Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed PHE BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
Model domestic water supply, hot/cold water, soil & waste, storm water and drainage systems.
Model fire-fighting systems including sprinkler, hydrant, wet riser and associated piping.
Prepare plans, sections, elevations, schematics and detailed BIM drawings.
Create and modify Revit families and maintain BIM content.
Coordinate PHE models with HVAC, electrical, structural and architectural disciplines.
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
Prepare coordinated shop drawings and construction documentation.
Extract 2D drawings and schedules from Revit models.
Support quantity take-offs and model-based documentation.
Follow project BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards,



LOD requirements and QA/QC procedures.
Update models based on design changes, site inputs and coordination comments.
Assist in preparing as-built BIM models and documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
