What You'll Be Doing
Shoot interiors, exteriors, rooms, common areas, and facilities of 10+ ashram properties across 5–6 pilgrimage cities
Capture city atmosphere content — ghats, temples, streets, rituals — for destination storytelling
Film and edit guest testimonials (on-camera interviews, candid moments)
Operate drone for aerial property shots and landscape footage where permitted
Deliver edited photos and videos to agreed specs and timelines

Deliverables (to be finalised before engagement)You'll be expected to agree on a specific output list before Day 1. Indicatively:
X edited property photos per ashram (interior + exterior)
X city/destination reels or short-form videos
X guest testimonial videos (filmed + edited)
X aerial/drone shots per property (where legally permissible)
All raw files handed over at project close

What We're Looking ForMust-have:
Solid portfolio in hospitality, travel,



or real estate photography — we will look at actual work, not just credentials
Proficient in video shooting and editing
Comfortable directing subjects for testimonials (non-actors, diverse age groups, mixed languages)
Willing and able to travel across 5–6 North Indian cities for the full project duration
Reliable with deadlines — partial delivery mid-project is expected and must be maintained

Strong plus:
Licensed drone operator (DGCA UAS pilot certificate preferred)
Prior work in spiritual, religious, or heritage settings — understanding of site sensitivities matters
Conversational Hindi — most guests and ashram staff won't be English-comfortable

Not what we need:
Studio photographers who haven't shot travel or hospitality
Editors-only or shooters who outsource post-production

What You Get
Fixed project fee (discuss based on scope and deliverables)
All travel, accommodation, and meals covered during the shoot
Credit on Omji's digital properties if desired
