Role purpose The person will be responsible for day-to-day coordination and execution of real-estate projects, including administration, government coordination, construction/site activities, vendors, documentation and sales support. The person should be capable of working independently and reporting directly to management.
15+ of overall skilled experience preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with robust experience in the real estate industry
Experience with real estate projects, property development, construction coordination, administration and operations will be highly preferred
Candidates with experience in government/authority coordination, approvals and property-related documentation will have an advantage
Experience in residential projects / plotted developments is preferred

Bangalore real-estate experience preferred
