Join us as a DFT/DFX Technical Lead and drive the test architecture strategy for next-generation multi-phase controller solutions. In this role, you will define and implement advanced Design-for-Test (DFT/DFX) methodologies, establish industry-leading verification flows, and ensure compliance with stringent automotive quality standards.

Working alongside global cross-functional teams, you will provide technical leadership, shape product quality from concept to silicon, and enable the development of cutting-edge power management technologies that power tomorrow's intelligent systems.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Lead the DFX topic for the Multi phase controllers targeted for Auto and Humanoids
Define the DFX Architecture and Verification of the DFX features
Top Level Integration
Analog Patterns flow establishment
SPyglass flows for Early Detection of DFT coverage loss
Develop DFT constraints in alignment with CIC team
Establish flows to meet the Auto Standards for ex. Fault sims
Technical guidance to the DES DFT team

Solid experience in DFX of Mixed Signal chips




Ability to driver DFT Arch and be a bridge between Digital Design team and DFT
