Key Responsibilities
Operate and program FARO CMM / Portable CMM for dimensional inspection.
Perform inspection of automotive and aerospace components using FARO measurement systems.
Create and execute inspection programs using FARO CAM2.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.
Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspection.
Prepare dimensional inspection reports and analyze measurement results.
Identify dimensional deviations and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Design, and Quality teams for dimensional issues.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of FARO CMM / Portable CMM.
Hands-on experience with FARO CAM2.
Valuable knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
Experience in dimensional inspection and quality control.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
Experience in Automotive / Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing is preferred.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Quality Engineering
