Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom voice systems and SIP-based architectures.
Robust expertise in SIP protocol, call flows, and session management.
Proven experience in IMS platform migration or replacement, ideally involving Ericsson IMS.
Deep understanding of call processing logic, routing, and signaling across voice networks.
Hands-on experience with SBCs, media gateways, and softswitches.
Ability to design and implement scalable, cloud-native voice solutions.
Skilled in troubleshooting SIP signaling issues and optimizing call performance.
Experience working with vendor products for IMS replacement and integration.
Robust communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
