Role & responsibilities
Co-ordination with all Departments (Internally / Externally).
Preparing Daily MIS.
Raising Indent for Brach based on the requirements.
Ensuring smooth patient flow.
Minimizing the patient time and process.
Co-ordinating with patients till they walk out.
Maintaining Registers in Consultation room and Investigation Room.
Maintaining employee attendance and monitoring staff leave and timings.
Arranging alternative staff and doctors while they are on leave.
