Develop and maintain robust relationships with agency partners to drive business growth through sales of life insurance products.
Identify current opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts, as well as potential recent customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, marketing) to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for improvement.
Provide training and support to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance matters.
