Role & responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, referrals & industry networks
Develop relationships with foundries, forging units, casting facilities & metal processors
Conduct product presentations and understand customer requirements
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure
Build solid relationships with decision-makers and key accounts
Coordinate with technical & operations teams for order processing and after-sales support
Travel extensively within the assigned territory

Preferred candidate profile
23 years of B2B field sales experience
Experience in capital equipment / CAPEX products
Exposure to pumps, cranes, industrial machines, motors or similar capital goods
Robust network among foundries, fabricators, forging units or allied industries
Comfortable handling high-value, consultative & long-cycle sales
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Metallurgy background will be an added advantage
