Role & responsibilities
8+ years of experience in program management, research operations, customer programs, design operations, or similar roles.
Solid communication skills with experience managing stakeholders, coordinating across teams, and interfacing with customers when needed
Preferred candidate profile
Experience building customer panels, research communities, customer engagement programs, or feedback programs.
