We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Manager to oversee the reservation process, manage bookings, coordinate with guests and internal departments, and ensure smooth and effective room or service reservations.

Responsibilities
Manage daily reservation operations and booking requests.
Handle reservations through phone, email, website, OTAs, and other booking channels.
Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations accurately.
Monitor room/service availability, rates, and inventory.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Strong knowledge of reservation procedures and booking systems.
Valuable computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Experience with PMS/Hotel Reservation Systems is preferred.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good attention to detail.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in reservations, front office, hospitality, or a related role.
Experience with hotel PMS/booking platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
