Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai (Relocation to Oshiwara after 2 months)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a smart, confident, presentable and proactive Receptionist to manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination with visitors, clients, vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients and vendors professionally.
Answer and attend incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Handle multiple calls and front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
Manage visitor entries, courier dispatches and inward/outward records.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely communication.
Assist with basic administrative and HR coordination.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and qualified manner.
Handle day-to-day front-office situations confidently and independently.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive preferred.
Smart,



confident and highly presentable personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be proactive, alert and responsive.
Should be comfortable attending calls promptly and dealing with different types of visitors professionally.
Positive command of English and Hindi; Marathi will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Professional attitude, positive approach and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
