Key responsibilities
Lead and manage real estate sales executives/agents.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and convert property leads.
Handle site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Build relationships with buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Monitor team performance through CRM and sales reports.
Develop sales strategies, offers, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, legal, and project teams.
Train and motivate sales staff.
Ensure achievement of revenue and booking targets.
