Suryabala Autos Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Ather EV to join our team at Gobichettipalayam. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, promoting Ather electric scooters, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets for Ather electric scooters.
Handle showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain Ather EV models, features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
Generate new leads through calls, field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert leads into bookings and sales.
Maintain accurate customer and lead details in CRM/DMS.
Build robust customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Participate in local promotional and marketing activities to increase showroom walk-ins.




Identify new business opportunities and expand the local customer base.
Monitor competitor activities and EV market trends.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and follow-up reports.
Maintain showroom discipline, product presentation, and brand standards.
Achieve individual sales, enquiry, booking, and conversion targets.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler, or showroom sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of electric vehicles is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
