Role Summary

We are looking for a Sample Incharge to manage end-to-end sample development processes. The role involves coordinating with merchandising, design, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate sample delivery as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily sampling activities as per buyer requirements
Coordinate with merchandising and design teams for sample development
Ensure correct fabric, trims, and accessories are used for sampling
Monitor sample stitching, fitting, and finishing quality
Ensure samples meet buyer specifications (measurements, style, fit)
Track sample timelines and ensure on-time submissions
Maintain sample records, approvals, and comments from buyers




Coordinate sample corrections and re-developments if required
Communicate sample status updates to internal teams
Ensure proper organization and maintenance of sample room

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Basic knowledge of garments, fabrics, and sample development process
Understanding of measurements, patterns, and fitting
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple samples and deadlines
Basic Excel or record-keeping knowledge
Attention to detail and quality focus
