Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team.
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints professionally.
Monitor reservations, table allocation, service standards, and guest feedback.
Drive sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
Control food, beverage, labour costs, wastage, and inventory.
Coordinate closely with the Chef and kitchen team.
Ensure hygiene, grooming, safety, and SOP compliance.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, POS, and operational reports.
Support events, promotions, and VIP guest requirements.
Ideal Candidate: Solid leadership, communication, guest-handling, and restaurant operations skills with a passion for premium hospitality.
