Captain – F&B; Service (Premium Resort, Munnar)

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high-quality service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction while managing assigned sections efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Take accurate food & beverage orders and ensure timely service
Maintain robust menu knowledge and guide guests with recommendations
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Take responsibility for service areas during shifts
Ensure cleanliness, table setup, and service standards
Coordinate with kitchen and support junior staff

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and order-taking skills
Solid menu knowledge
Responsible and able to handle shifts independently
Guest-focused with problem-solving ability

Experience:
2–4 years in F&B; service (hotel/resort preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
