About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team for the pre-opening of a recent restaurant in Goa. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused, and comfortable building a team and setting up operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant's pre-opening and day-to-day operations.
Recruit, train, and develop the restaurant team.
Create and maintain high standards of service and guest experience.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily briefings.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management teams.
Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of concerns.
Monitor inventory, wastage, costs, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Drive sales and achieve operational and financial targets.




Support the development of SOPs and opening procedures.

Requirements
4–7 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Previous experience in a supervisory/management role.
Pre-opening experience will be an advantage.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Positive understanding of restaurant service and operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest service and team-management mindset.
