Maintain a regular communication loop with existing accounts via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to assess their satisfaction level.
Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall client experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Proactively check in with clients to understand their ongoing needs, resolve grievances, and ensure high satisfaction rates.
