Role & responsibilities
Conduct Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification (RA/HIRA) and implement corrective actions.
Ensure protected working practices around workers, heavy machinery, equipment, and hazardous chemicals.
Monitor PPE compliance, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site safety procedures.
Implement fire prevention, emergency response, and workplace safety protocols.
Ensure environmental health, hygiene, housekeeping, and waste management standards.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and safety observations.
Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, hot work, lifting, confined space, and electrical work.
Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, and statutory safety records.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE and statutory requirements.
