Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP-HR.
Robust knowledge of HR infotypes and structures, logical databases (PNP / PNPCE), and payroll and time management clusters.
Experience in custom report development, enhancements, user exits, and HR-specific BAdIs.
Competence in performance tuning of HR reports.
Basic understanding of HR authorisations and data security.
Familiarity with transport management and change control processes.
Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.
