Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection, styling, sizes and basic product queries.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service throughout the shopping experience.
Support sales targets through effective product presentation, upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain merchandise display, folding, stacking and overall section upkeep.
Follow Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines for assigned sections.
Ensure trial rooms are clean, organised and maintained properly.
Handle stock replenishment, tagging, steaming and current stock arrangement.




Support new stock arrivals and proper arrangement of merchandise in the back store.
Assist with stock counting, inventory checks, GRN and audit preparation.
Report damaged products, missing tags, defects and stock discrepancies to the senior team.
Assist at the billing counter with POS operations, billing and basic cash handling.
Handle basic customer queries, feedback, exchanges and returns as per store SOPs.
Support the team during promotions, sale periods and festive events.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and discipline across the store.
Follow all company and store SOPs related to customer service, stock handling and store operations.
Support the Store Executive / Store Manager in day-to-day store activities.
Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth and effective store operations.
