Overview

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Executive with a unique skill set to manage both marketing and sales operations while also providing support in back-office functions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and back-office processes to contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, staying abreast of industry developments.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and optimise CRM systems to track and analyse sales performance, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Back Office Support:
Assist in back-office functions, including but not limited to order processing, invoicing, and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
Communication and Collaboration:




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes.
Make calls

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and back-office operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
