Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to design, develop, and support SAP applications while leading a team of ABAP developers. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, and integration technologies, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within SAP landscapes.
Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP developments including:
Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)
Interfaces
Conversions
Enhancements
Forms (SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms)
Workflows
Develop and support SAP S/4HANA custom developments.
Work on CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and Fiori backend development.
Perform technical design reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.




Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Estimate development effort and manage project deliverables.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards.

Technical Skills
Solid expertise in SAP ABAP programming.
Hands-on experience with:
Reports, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, BTEs
BAPIs, RFCs, ALE/IDocs
SmartForms, Adobe Forms
Object-Oriented ABAP
Module Pool Programming
Experience in SAP S/4HANA development.
Solid knowledge of
CDS Views
AMDP
SAP Gateway and OData Services
SAP Fiori backend development
Experience with SAP integration technologies.
Debugging and performance optimization skills.

Functional Exposure Knowledge of one or more SAP modules:
