We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build our outbound sales pipeline.

What You'll Do
Find potential B2B customers using LinkedIn, Google, Instagram and other prospecting channels.
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and DMs.
Conduct outbound cold calls.
Start conversations with potential customers and understand their requirements.
Qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential fit.
Book qualified demos for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn, calls and other channels.
Maintain prospect information and activities in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly outreach targets.
Test different messaging and prospecting approaches.
Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified prospects into customers.





What We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling or lead generation.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Good verbal and written communication.
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Highly persistent and comfortable with rejection.
Strong work ethic and target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM tools.
SaaS/B2B sales experience is a plus.
