We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant for our Business Consulting Services (BCS) practice. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive client-facing consulting experience. This role involves leading complex financial transformation initiatives, with a solid focus on financial consolidation processes, group reporting, and consolidation system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end financial consolidation and reporting transformation projects for global enterprises.
Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholders.
Design, review, and optimize group accounting and consolidation processes.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for consolidation and reporting solutions.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to resolve data, accounting policy, and reporting challenges.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive project governance across multiple workstreams.
Mentor junior consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Support business development activities and contribute to practice growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA

Experience




15+ years of experience in finance consulting, financial transformation, or corporate finance functions.
Proven experience managing large-scale financial consolidation and reporting projects.
Robust client-facing experience with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Minority Interest Accounting.
Financial Close and Consolidation Processes.
Corporate Performance Management (CPM/EPM) solutions.

Accounting Standards
Robust knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
Experience in financial statement preparation, consolidation, and reporting compliance.

Technology Expertise Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
