Handle customer enquiries and provide detailed information about Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test-drive coordination.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer buying experience.
Stay updated on vehicle models, features, pricing, offers, and competitors.
