Key Responsibilities
Handle calls from international customers interested in company products or services
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information
Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve performance targets
Build strong customer relationships through qualified communication
Maintain call records and regularly update CRM systems
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Freshers with strong communication are welcome (prior sales experience is a plus)
Valuable listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM tools
Flexibility and willingness to work in night shifts
