Job Title: Associate/ Senior Associate – Debt Investment Banking (Sales & Origination)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven individuals to join our Investment Banking team. This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on client origination and deal execution within the Debt Investment Banking space. As part of our expansion strategy across North and South India, you will play a key role in building our geographical presence and deepening relationships with clients in your region.

This role offers rich, hands-on Investment Banking experience in a rapid-paced, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for debt advisory and fundraising mandates
Originate new client relationships and build a robust network within target markets
Drive end-to-end deal execution in coordination with internal teams




Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients across assigned regions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, promoters, and financial institutions
Stay updated on market trends, debt instruments, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in financial sales, client relationship management, or business development (candidates with 0–2 years will not be considered at this time)
Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of client origination
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively
Prior knowledge of debt instruments is a plus, though not mandatory
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
