About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, promote company products/services, and drive sales through both telephonic and field sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through telecalling, online platforms, references, and field visits.
Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.





Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with telecalling as well as field sales.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
